If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment (10% restocking fee on returned items). Items must be returned in same condition as received with tags attached.

Next Steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Submit request".

Returns

  • All returns must be completed via the link above.
  • Items must be returned in same condition as received with tags attached.
  • Once we have received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your method of payment.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs on Stetson orders.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned.

Exchanges

  • We will accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for another size or color of the same item.
  • Please email us at store@ashergoods.com with the following information: Order #, new item size, new item color (if applicable).
