If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment (10% restocking fee on returned items). Items must be returned in same condition as received with tags attached.
Holiday Return Policy: Product purchased between November 1st - December 24th may be returned for a full refund until January 31st. There is no restocking fee during this period. Sale items are still considered Final Sale.

- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
Returns
- All returns must be completed via the link above.
- Items must be returned in same condition as received with tags attached.
- Once we have received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your method of payment.
- There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned.
Exchanges
- We will accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for another size or color of the same item.
- Please email us at store@ashergoods.com with the following information: Order #, new item size, new item color (if applicable).
